Adding Imagery

This project expanded on the previous warm up by adding imagery to the dot compositions as well as implementing a specific design principle. Sophie, Ian and I collaborated, discussed, altered, and chose 12 final compositions which we felt clearly communicated both the word and a certain design principle. Here are 4 of 12 that I felt were the most successful within the image portion of the project. Affection, Growth, Escape and Pressure. Ensuring that each composition was strong enough using only black dots and not relying on imagery to hold the composition together was a big consideration while deciding which thumbnails to develop. I felt that there were many principles that could have been paired with some of the compositions that we did not write in the required explanation of each design and should have.
