suggest version 2 with white background. make the "call-out" text all the same size/color and smaller...make the url green like u have, but the same size as the other call-outs. small steps big difference instead of small steps one big difference? reads as 1 big difference small steps now. maybe lose small steps altogether? difference should be smaller. good concept— i hate giving advice/critiquing via blogs.
